Services are delivered on a founder-led basis, ensuring direct senior involvement and execution-oriented advisory.

4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Strategic Advisory Sessions
Sessions must be booked in advance via the website
Full payment is required at the time of booking
Bookings are only confirmed upon successful payment
4.2 Project Engagements
Scope, deliverables and fees are agreed in advance
Work begins only after formal confirmation
Payment terms are defined per project or retainer agreement
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable
No-shows are non-refundable
5.2 Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the session
Requests outside this window may be declined
5.3 Discretion
Any exception remains at the sole discretion of IBERIAN PRIME.
6. Refund Policy
All sessions are non-refundable once confirmed
No refunds are issued for completed sessions
No refunds are issued for missed appointments
Exceptional cases, if any, are evaluated individually and remain discretionary.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
All strategic and commercial decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
